Located on the North Shore, The Country Eatery & Juicery offers delicious and nutritious, locally sourced meals, juices and snacks. Our menu changes with the season so we can take advantage of the amazing local seasonal organic produce on offer.
For the past couple decades, Chef Susan Prior has worked as a personal chef, nutritional consultant and restaurateur at various locations around the world. In 2013, she settled on the North Shore of Oahu and began brainstorming the next venture with her friend Spencer Klein.
Together, they established the goal of redefining how communities along the North Shore and greater Oahu eat and source their food. The Country was born and has been providing innovative fresh fare to local families ever since.
